In conjunction with the analytics and timeclock information that is available inside the TimeCom® Monitor, customers also use this centralized portal to communicate with Accu-Time Systems, submitting customer support tickets, receiving information about the latest release of software from Accu-Time Systems, or any other general communication.

The TimeCom Monitor is an evolving product. We are constantly receiving feedback on new features, new reports and new dashboards, and we integrate those change requests as quickly as we can to provide additional customer value.
